Anything Goes sweet chilli Stir fry

If you have random veggies in your fridge and don’t know what to cook – cook this stir fry!

You can use any meat and it takes about 10minutes to cook!

I cut all my veggies into thin slices using a Julienne! you can find it at any kitchen/homeware shop.


Hokkien noodles (optional)

2tbls peanut oil

500grams of beef/chicken or lamb

1 red onion

2 garlic cloves crushed

2cm piece of ginger grated

1/4cup soy sauce

1/4cup of sweet chilli sauce

And a hand full of each vegetable 


Red or green capsicum



Snow peas



Cherry tomato



Poor yourself a glass of wine

If you are adding noodles start by cooking them following the directions on the packet

Heat peanut oil over a high heat -Add meat and cook until brown – put aside

Add peanut oil to the hot pan/wok and stir fry onion, garlic and ginger. until onion is soft

Add your veggies and cook until they are tender

Place meat back in with veggies and mix in the sweet chilli and soy sauce – stir for 2minutes, Add noodles, toss to combine then serve!

As easy at that!
